Our policy is designed to be fair to our customers, and still be able to operate our business. The nature of our business is one where we rely almost entirely on reservations made in advance.  Once we accept your reservation we turn away all other requests.  Unlike major hotels / motels - we do not overbook to cover such occurrences.  This policy is designed to completely protect you, and our business.  If you have any questions, please ask prior to making a reservation.

NON-Smoking Policy – The vast majority of our guests insist on non-smoking accommodations, and we have listened to you!  Therefore, we respectfully request that guests do not smoke inside any of our cabins, which are all clearly marked with no smoking signs.  Due to the additional costs of cleaning a unit that has been smoked in, we have no other choice but to apply a $50 charge to those who disregard our policy.  We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Check In Procedures - All guests must check in at the office upon arrival.  For guests arriving after 8 PM, we’ll leave a sign on the store door pointing to your cabin.  We’ll leave the light on for you, and will see you in the morning!

Check in time - 4:00 PM  

Check out time - 10:00 AM  
Due to staffing and the large demand for lodging, extending the check out time is extremely difficult. We request that our guests honor the check out time. Late check outs will result in the following additional charges: $25 after 11:30 AM; $50 after 12:30 PM; $75 after 1:30 PM; and the full weekend rate for one night after 2:30 PM. If we have guests arriving for your cabin between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM, we will have no other choice but to enter your cabin and clean it! Your belongings will be moved to the Office.

Deposits – We require a deposit of either half down (50%) or payment in full (100%) depending upon what you are reserving and for when? This includes: All Cabin(s); Float Trips; Camping Rentals; etc...

The deposit MUST be pre-paid with a VISA or Master Card (via: telephone) at the time you book your reservation! The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless cancellations are made within the time allowed. PLEASE REFER TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW FOR DETAILS.

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES / NO-SHOWS

Please Note! We DO NOT accept cancellations via: E-Mail!

For rental of 1 unit/campsite – If cancellations or changes are made 30 or more calendar days (prior to the date of your arrival), OR 45 days in the case of Holiday weekends, no problem! However, if cancellations or changes are made 29 or fewer calendar days, or 44 days for Holidays weekends (prior to the date of your arrival), YOU WILL forfeit your DEPOSIT! If we cannot re-book your lodging, you COULD BE subject to being charged for the total cost of any cabin, campsite, and watercraft rentals you reserved!

For rental of 2 or more units/campsites - If cancellations or changes are made 45 or more calendar days (prior to the date of your arrival), no problem! However, if cancellations or changes are made 44 or fewer calendar days (prior to the date of your arrival), YOU WILL forfeit your DEPOSIT! If we cannot re-book your lodging, you COULD BE subject to being charged for the total cost of all cabins, campsites, and watercraft rentals you reserved!

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES

For Non-Lodging guests (Rental of: Canoes; Kayaks; Rafts & Tubes)

All Float Trips MUST be pre-paid in full (100% down) with a VISA or Master Card (via: telephone) at the time you book your reservation, and are NON-REFUNDABLE!

Damages – You are responsible for leaving your accommodations AND returning your rented watercraft(s), in the same condition (with normal use), as they were when you arrived for your lodging &/OR departed for your float trip! The guest who booked the reservation(s) is ultimately responsible for paying for any &/or all damages &/or missing items, (should someone in his or her party fail to do so)! This also applies to any and all damages, as well as missing items found during your stay, OR after your departure. Should we find any damage/missing items after your departure, your credit card will be charged appropriately, and you will be notified via: telephone!
